Telecom giant has encouraged its customers to opt for its digital platforms such as MyAccount and Dhiraagu mobile app to acquire the company's services and to make bill payments.

It said that through Dhiraagu MyAccount, existing customers will be able to apply for services such as package changes, apply for new services, pay bills, keep track of mobile and fixed broadband usage, or even report a fault.

Dhiraagu said that although its Customer Service Centres are open, it is serving customers through pre-booked appointments with a limited number of slots.

Dhiraagu said that in order to practice social distancing and safety measures announced by the Health Protection Agency (HPA), it is allowing a limited number of customers to enter Dhiraagu service centers.

It noted these slots will be prioritized for new customers as all its existing customers can apply for services through MyAccount

Dhiraagu added that with the recent surge in COVID-19 cases in the country, it advises the public to adhere to the new safety guidelines announced by HPA in order to curb the further spread of the virus.
