Police say they have brought the body of the 50-year-old woman who was found dead in a house in Noonu Atoll Holhudhoo yesterday to Male' for further investigation.
A woman named Zakkiya Moosa was found dead in a house in Holhudhoo with several wounds on her body. Police dispatched a special team of investigators to the island to assist in the investigation yesterday.
Today, Police said that the victim's body has now been brought to Male' for further investigation and that her body was brought to the capital sometime last night.
Police also said that no one has been arrested regarding her death and that the investigation continues.
