PNC Presidential Candidate Dr. Mohamed Muizzu says his administration would develop a hospital in Addu City dedicated to the therapy required for people with special needs.

He made the promise while speaking at a campaign rally in Feydhoo of Addu City today.

Muizzu said after assessing the development of the healthcare services, he had proposed some changes and that he would build a hospital that would provide therapy for people with special needs.

He said that such hospitals would be developed in Addu along with Male' and on an island in the north of the country.

Talking more about the hospital plans in Addu, Muizzu said that the facility would be world-class and that people from across the country would come to Addu for treatment from the hospital.

The PNC Candidate said that he would advocate for creating awareness for disease prevention and changing lifestyles that would affect wellness.

He said that his government would also build a facility dedicated to primary healthcare in Addu.

Muizzu also said that he would improve the current hospital in Addu City and make sure that it provides all the services.
