PNC Presidential Candidate Dr. Mohamed Muizzu makes several pledges to the people of Thaa Atoll Veymandoo.
Addressing the people of Veymandoo on his trip to the island, Muizzu said that developmental progress was important for the island and that he intends to carry out many projects on the island.
Noting that it was important to have a bigger harbor on the island, Muizzu promised to develop a state-of-the-art harbor for Veymandoo.
Muizzu also said that he plans to pave the roads of the island connect the island with the nearby Kinbidhoo and carry out land reclamation projects on both islands.
Muizzu, who is also the Mayor of Male' City, said that the current administration has neglected the health system in Veymandoo. He vowed to build a mega-hospital on the island.
The PNC Presidential Candidate received a warm welcome from the island of Veymandoo as many came out to the harbor to greet Muizzu.
