PNC Presidential Candidate Male' City Mayor Dr. Mohamed Muizzu says if PNC comes into power, it would ensure job security for the people and remove the fear of losing one's job.

Speaking at a campaign rally in Haa Alifu Dhihdhoo, Muizzu said that he would give priority to helping employees retain their jobs and that this includes people hired for political gains and those hired for different companies for projects.

The Mayor said that no one would lose their jobs just because he is elected and that all the employees can maintain their jobs with the same pay as now. But he said that if the company no longer wants the post then the employee might end up losing the job.

Muizzu further said that if a company has hired more employees than it requires, this might evoke some structural changes to the company, and some employees might end up being transferred to another company.

He called on all employees to work honestly and with integrity without the fear of losing their jobs.

In his remarks last night, the PNC candidate touched on several developmental changes his government would bring to the island of Dhidhoo. This includes building an airport, a state of the art football stadium that can host international matches, road development projects, as well as completing the housing project and further enhancing the hospital.
