Maldives Democratic Party MDP moves its long-term main party office to a new location in Male'.
The party's main office was operated from H. Sharaasha on Sosun Magu. It has now been relocated to the first floor of G. Niyushaa on Lily Magu near the Pakistani Embassy building.
MDP said that it relocated its main office to another building to get a spacious office to further expedite party work.
The party said that even though the main office building has been changed, the party would continue to use the building that housed the main office till now.
The party relocated its main office days after it officially kicked off the re-election campaign for party's Presidential Candidate, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
With the election now almost two months away, ruling MDP is expected to strengthen its campaigning efforts both in Male' city and the islands too.
