President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih declares 3 more days of additional government holidays for the year 2023.
This was declared in a directive issued by the President’s Office today.
The additional holidays are;
- June 25, 2023 (Sunday)
- June 26, 2023 (Monday)
- September 28, 2023 (Thursday)
Out of this June 25th and 26th were declared as holidays on occasion of Hajj Day and Eid Al-Adha.
September 28th falls on the day celebrated for the birth of Prophet Muhmmad Peace Be Upon Him.
The President had added 4 days to the government holidays this year too.
