National Health Insurance Scheme Aasandha has urged the public to report its notification messages for services that they haven't used.

Aasandha said that now each individual would receive a text message upon using its services with details of the services acquired.

It said that the main purpose of generating such notification messages was to prevent healthcare facilities from billing patients for services they haven't used.

Aasandha urged the public to report such notifications and said that they can report the matter in three different manners.

It said that patients can use the Aasandha mobile application, as well use direct messages through the scheme's social media pages and also text the issue to its mobile number 7951400 or through viber, WhatsApp, telegram.

Aasandha also urged the public to report if they do not receive notification messages for the services that they use as well as if they receive service notification messages for other patients.
