State Trading Organization STO has launched the "Back to School" promotion as schools across the country prepares for the second semester of this academic year.
STO said that customers would be able to purchase students' interval products at cheap prices during this promotion.
It said these products include products from Devondale and Kruger, as well as Quickberry and Nabati brand products.
Under the promotion, everyone who makes a purchase of more than MVR 100 from these brands will receive a coupon, and the coupon draw will be held after the end of the promotion.
STO said three winners will be chosen who will receive gift vouchers from the popular local toy store "Peekaboo".
It further said that the first place winner will receive a gift voucher worth MVR 5,000, while the second placed winner will receive a gift voucher worth MVR 2500, and the third placed winner will receive a gift voucher worth MVR 1500.
In addition, the promotion will offer huge discounts on many essential items for school children, such as interval bottles. Customers will also get a free one for purchasing two products.
STO said the promotion will run till 7th September.
