The President's Office has announced the government's official working hours for Ramadan 1443 and the first seven days of Shawwal.

It said that government offices would be working from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m during Ramadan and the first 7 days of Shawwal.

The announcement was made in the fourth directive issued by the President’s Office this year.

The President’s Office also advised government offices to adhere to the official working hours when planning events and activities.

Ramadan is set to begin on the 2nd of April but the beginning of the Holy month would officially be announced by the Islamic Ministry later this month after the Ramadan moon sighting takes place.
