The villimale member of the Women's Development Committee of Male' City Council Aminath Eaman remains in critical condition after she was involved in a traffic accident in Hulhumale' yesterday.
It has been reported that Eaman had been rushed to the hospital after she had fallen off her motorcycle upon riding on a road bumper. Police had confirmed that a woman driver had fallen off her cycle on Kurendhimaa Hingunn of Hulhumale around 4:25 pm yesterday and that the victim had been taken to the hulhumale' hospital for emergency treatment.
It was then reported that the WDC member had been shifted to ADK as she had received serious injuries to her head during the fall.
The latest updates from an unnamed source said that member Eaman remains in critical condition and that she was still on ventilator support.
