Police say four individuals have been arrested for alleged human trafficking and that they include a policeman.
Police said that all four were apprehended on the 5th of this month and identified the suspects as men between the ages of 28 and 65.
They said that the suspects include a foreigner and a local policeman.
Police also said that since the case is now a criminal investigation, they have suspended the policeman without pay.
They also said that while two of the suspects have been remanded in custody for 15 days, the other two under arrest had been given a 10 day remand period.
Police say they continue to investigate the case.
