Bank of Maldives BML says due to a technical issue with its system upgrade, customers are facing intermittent interruptions to services.

The bank made the announcement via Twitter.

BML assured its customers that the bank was working to resolve the issues as soon as possible and thanked them for their patience.

Many on social media have been complaining about the interruption to BML services as most BML accounts are showing a balance of zero.

The issues have affected BML POS machines as well as its internet banking APP and browser services.
