The girl named Raushan Jian had been walking with her mother on the street below the construction site when the falling cement bag struck her down and injured her gravely. The little girl had succumbed to her injuries while under treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital.
Jian's parents had filed a case at the Civil Court in 2019 asking for MVR 17.4 million in damages for the loss of their daughter.
