Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) on Monday, 17 August, officially inaugurates their Stroke Center.
Moreover, IGMH confirms the new center is operational effective Monday onward while the hospital's management adds the center will hold 6 beds with 2 of them made specific for patients requiring treatment through the use of ventilators.
The center will remain functional on a 24 hour basis while IGMH affirms the newly inaugurated center will attempt towards attending patients in a timely and fast manner.
Futhermore, IGMH notes the emphasis on faster treatment and medical attention towards patients admitted in the center, as it remains instrumental in subduing health instability in stroke patients. Moreover, the center aims to reduce the probability of patients leaving with noticeable disabilities post strokes.
