A part of a wall at an under-construction building in Male' City has fallen due to strong gusts.
The incident was reported on Saturday, and the site of incidence was confirmed from a building at Raiy-Villa Goalhi at Galolhu district.
Moreover, it was reported the debris from the shattered wall had damaged roofs of neighboring buildings.
Several incidents and accidents are reported throughout every year related to worsening weather.
Earlier on Saturday, a small speed boat flipped just outside the lagoon of Gaaf Alif atoll Gemanafushi. The incident was reportedly due to strong gusts as well.
Meanwhile weather forecast authority, the Maldives Meteorological Center (MET Office) have advised the public to be vary of worsening weather conditions, while traveling.
Furthermore, it had reported Maldives will expect rainfall to several parts of the country.
