Health Protection Agency HPA says two more Maldivians have tested positive for Covid-19.

In a tweet, HPA said the two Maldivians would be taken to an Isolation facility. HPA said these two cases have been designated as case 96 and case 26.

The agency said that as the previous case 26 has been finalized as a probable case, the case number has now been assigned to a new positive case.

With today’s new cases the number of individuals who tested positive for Covid-19 in Maldives has now risen to 110. This includes 46 Maldivians and 66 Foreigners. Most of the foreigners who have tested positive for the virus are Bangladeshi expatriate workers living in the country.
