The President of the Bar Council Ismail Visham has passed away tonight.
Sources have said that the 39-year-old died suddenly tonight after he was found collapsed on the floor of his home. There is no official confirmation on what caused his death.
Visham had acted as the Assistant Attorney General before and had taken on major cases as a lawyer. He had also represented major corporations in several civil suits.
Visham was elected as the President of the Bar Council in June of 2022.
