The Government has offered financial support to students who are doing their A'levels at private schools.

The Education Ministry said that the government would offer financial support to students who don't get a placement for the state-operated Center for Higher Secondary Education CHSE, a dedicated school for A'level students.

It said that financial aid would be offered to students who completed their O'levels in a school in the Greater Male' area and those who pass in more than 5 subjects. It further said that they should be eligible to apply for CHSE but cannot get enrollment to the school because of its limited placements.

The Ministry highlighted that financial aid would be given for fee payments and that it would be given to those who apply for the aid.

It also said that any student who is studying for A'levels at any private school in the Greater Male' area.

Currently, A'levels are being taught at CHSE, Villa International High School, and Ahmadiyya School.
