Bank of Maldives has opened applications for proposals under its Community Fund for the third phase of the year.

The Bank said that a total of 10 projects will be selected to receive MVR 50,000 to implement projects in the areas of education, environment, sports, and community development.

The Community Fund is open only to registered NGOs.

BML said that NGOs can email proposals with supporting documents before 11:59 pm on 17th October 2022.

The Community Fund is a program to empower NGOs to contribute to their communities through sustainable projects.

BML said that as of today, the Bank has provided financial assistance for 70 projects across the country through this fund.
