Maldives National Defense Force MNDF has denied that foreign soldiers or others were allowed to enter its armory and that no party would be allowed to do so in the future.
MNDF made the comments in an answer to a question posed by a journalist based on the information given by a former MNDF top official.
The Official had said that a group of foreigners had entered the MNDF weapons armory and had made account of the details of the armory.
In response, MNDF had said that it would never share the number of weapons and details of the weapons it has in its possession.
But MNDF said that it would continue seeking weapons training as well as acquire weapons and technical support for the weapons from other countries.
