Maldives Transport and Contracting Company MTCC are seeking the services of 120 local laborers for construction-related work.
MTCC said that they are looking to hire the laborers on a one-year contract but the option to extend their contract is open depending on their work.
The Company said that the jobs offer salary incentives between MVR 10,300 to MVR 13,700 and that those who are hired would be required to work 6 days a week. It added that those hired would be required to work between 8 to 12 hours a day.
MTCC said that these posts are only open for locals and that those selected would be working at the sites chosen by the company. It also said that jobs come with medical insurance and that those who are hired would be enrolled in the national pension scheme.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed basic education along with the experience of working or interested to work in the construction industry.
- Must be able to work at a construction site assigned by the company
- Must be able to work long hours
MTCC has invited those interested to visit the open day scheduled for tomorrow at 04:00 pm at MTCC Hulhumale tower and had asked them to bring along a copy of their national identity card and other relevant documents.
It said that those who score the highest marks based on education, experiences, and interviews would be selected for the jobs.
