A bus traveling in Male' has collided with a motorcycle and injured one person.
The accident occurred yesterday around sunset near the Radio Maldives building on Ameenee Magu.
Police said that the incident was reported around 06:10 pm yesterday and that one person was injured in the accident. Police added that the injured person was treated at the hospital.
Sources have said that the motorist was injured during the accident but the extent of the person's injuries is not yet known.
Police have also not revealed any more information regarding the accident.
The greater Male' Area has seen a rise in traffic accidents and some of the incidents have been fatal.
Police have been increasing operations to prevent such incidents.
