Bank of Maldives staff has donated essential food items for the ‘Help a Family’ initiative organized by MOMS to support vulnerable families during Ramazan.

The Bank said that the donation made yesterday will provide food assistance to support the NGO’s goal of helping 100 vulnerable families across the Maldives.

BML Staff extended their spirit of giving to positively impact the community through this initiative.

BML donated MVR 100,000 to the ARC AID program in 2021 to assist vulnerable families during Ramadan.

In 2020, the Bank donated MVR 200,000 to assist vulnerable children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The funds were utilized to support over 500 children in 300 vulnerable families in 14 islands.
