Dhiraagu have donated 15 sampling kiosks to Ministry of Health to assist in the state authority's efforts to curb the Covid-19 viral pandemic.
The sampling kiosks, designed by Print Lab, will be utilized in the Greater Male' Region as well in five different locations across Maldives.
Sampling kiosks ensure increased safety for the health official and the patient, as explained by the ministry.
Ministry of Health further reports the usage of the sampling kiosks will significantly reduce the utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The state authority claimed the strenuous logistics needed to acquire PPE kits will in turn reduce.
With the world combating the persistant Covid-19 pandemic which has greatly challenged global healthcare systems and medical equipment, the demand for PPE fell inversely proportionate with the supply.
