Male' Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) announces their customer service department will be opened to the public on two weekdays in coming week.
The state-owned utility company, similar to many other state-owned enterprises (SOEs) remain majorly closed from general administrative and operational conduct in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Maldives government had earlier, announced the state bodies, parliament along with educational institutions and state-owned companies will temporarily shutdown from regular administrative conduct to minimize risk of the viral contagion contracting between people.
According to MWSC, their customer service front will be opened on Monday and Wednesday from 09:00hrs until 12:00hrs.
The utility company's customer service front is situated on the fifth floor their official premises in Male' City.
During the two scheduled days of opening, check payments and payments to quotations will be accepted.
Moreover, the customer front attendants will receive letters and issue payment on invoices.
Similarly, MWSC branches in atolls will open their respective customer front departments on the schedule dates.
