Judicial Service Commission JSC says its service would be made available to the public during the Covid-19 crisis.
In a statement, JSC said with threat of the global pandemic Covid-19 the government had announced a state of public health emergency on the 12th of March and that government offices still remain closed.
JSC said while the state of public health emergency may be extended further, the Commission would continue its work.
JSC said the commission would accept legal documents sent to its email, [email protected].
JSC also said government offices can send their legal documents via GEMs or any other electronic form.
The Commission said those who need its services could send a SMS to 7821400. It said the SMS should include name and email address of the sender and that the Commission will call the individual before 3pm next day.
