Sinan Ali has been appointed as the Chief Operational Officer COO of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company MTCC.
The Press has come to know that he was appointed as COO of MTCC a week ago.
Sinan had two separate stints on the board of MTCC. His first stint was from 2014 to 2016. Sinan was again appointed to the board of the company back in 2019 and he has been on the board till the 6th of this month.
Sinan also acted as the chairperson of State Electric Company Ltd Stelco and was also on the board of Island Aviation from 2016 to 2018.
Sinaan holds a Master of Business Administration from Angela Ruskin University in the UK. Sinaan has worked in the field of journalism for more than 20 years and has won the National Award for Journalism.
