President of PNC President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu says he wants the ruling coalition to win the super majority of the Parliament in the upcoming election and with the help of the people secure 62 seats of the parliament.
He said this in comments to the media after visiting the Henveiru Football Stadium where PPM/PNC have placed some ballot boxes in today's Parliamentary Primary.
President Muizzu said that he believes if the government continues to put the people's rights in front and fulfill the pledges made to the public, then securing a parliamentary super majority is achievable.
He said that he hoped to maintain the people's trust by fulfilling the promises he had made to the the people.
The President said that he is working with a sincere heart and will continue to work hard and honestly for the benefit of the people.
President Muizzu noted that the people would accept his actions if he continued to work like this and that for this reason he was confident of winning 62 seats of the parliament in the upcoming election.
The President of PNC, President Muizzu said that he hoped those candidate who are defeated in the primary will work with those who won and that the candidates of the progressive coalition should always work together while putting forth the interest of the country ahead of their own.
