The prosecutor General's office says it is ready to clear the criminal records of those who intend to compete in the parliamentary elections scheduled for next March.
The prosecutor said that if a person does not have a criminal record, the record will be cleared within five minutes of the request and if the person has a record, the record will be cleared within one day. If any further cases arise during the process, they will be resolved, the prosecutor said.

The parliamentary elections are scheduled to be held on March 17 during the month of Ramadan. The Election Commission has said that the opportunity to contest the election will be opened on the 30th of this month.
