State Trading Organization STO says its employees will spend the whole day on foot to celebrate its Walk to Work Day.
STO said that this is the 3rd year the company is celebrating the day and the first time it was celebrating the day since the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company noted that like in the years past, all its employees would walk to work today and that it hopes that employees of all ages would take part in the celebration.
STO said that it was always working to find ways to promote healthy living among its staff and the general public and that several sports activities had also been held among company staff members in the last few days.
The company said that it is a testament to these events that STO is well represented in sports tournaments held nationally and the state-of-the-art gym opened for STO and STO group of companies employees is also noteworthy.
STO added that it aims to promote a healthy lifestyle as well as environmental sustainability among its staff and general public.
