Police have been searching for a 17-year-old girl who has been missing for two days in Male'.
They said that the girl's family reported her missing on the 10th of this month and that Police have been searching for the missing teenager since then.
Police added that they were still searching for the girl and that they were investigating the case further.
Meanwhile, the missing girl's sister took to Twitter to ask for help to find her sister. The sister of the missing girl identified the lost teen as 17-year-old Aminath Zara Riyaz and said that she has been missing since 10th July.
The sister also said that Zara left home at 2:30 pm wearing blue jeans, a black top, and a hijab but did not return home that night.
She further said that the police have been on the lookout since but so far they have had no luck finding her.
The sister also said that the her family is really worried and just wish for Zara to be found safe.
She appealed the public to share the post on any social media platforms, viber groups or online communities.
