Male City Council says from today onwards the council would oversee the registration of vehicles that would be used in the Greater Male' Area.
It said that the council would be overseeing the process of vehicle registration in the Greater Male Area and that it would follow all the criteria mandated under the regulation that governs this process.
The council said that it would be checking the garage the vehicle would be parked in as well as determine the validity of the agreement signed between the garage owners and vehicle owners before registration.
Male' City Council said that it would also be checking other details required for vehicle registration both in Male' and Hulhumale.
It said that those who require the service can get the application form from the reception of Male' City Council Land and Building section as well as from the 5th floor of Hulhumale Development Corporation HDC.
The council added that the form can also be downloaded from the council website.
