Two young men have died in a fatal accident in Fuvamulah City today after the car they were driving went out of control and crashed
Council Authorities said that the crash happened earlier this evening and that both had died before being taken to the hospital. Sources have also confirmed that one of the victims had been given CPR in a desperate bid to revive the victim but had tragically died.
Sources also said that the other victim had been stuck in the vehicle upon the impact of the crash and that first responders had worked to free the victim.
But he, too had succumbed to his injuries before he was taken to the hospital.
Police have yet to comment on the fatal crash but it had been reported that the young men crashed the vehicle after speeding.
Sources have now identified the men killed in the tragedy as Aamil Ahmed (19) and Ahmed (Mutheeu).
