The Bank of Maldives (BML) on Monday made a donation to the local NGO Advocating the Rights of Children (ARC) Maldives.
In a function held on Monday monring, at the bank's main HQ the honorary plaque was presented by CEO and Managing Director Tim Sawyer.
BML confirms the donation will be used for the NGO's efforts in developing special programs for children.
"Our donation will help in ARC's efforts in protecting the rights of children" said BML's frontman Sawyer while adding that the donation will help in ARC Maldives to "develop specific programs for the prosperity" of children.
Furthermore, Sawyer noted that "providing assistance to such philanthropic organizations" was a pleasure for the bank.
