Graffiti calling for the arrest of former President and opposition leader Abdullah Yameen has been sprayed on the walls of his house and the walls of the opposition headquarters.
It has been reported that the words along with the former President's picture had been sprayed on the gates and garage door of his home in Male'.
Also, papers printed with accusations of theft against the former President and calling for his arrest had been dumped in front of his house as well as in front of the PPM Office in Male'.
This comes after papers printed with the text 'India Out' were recently dumped outside the President's Office, Indian High Commission in Male', as well as outside the residence of Foreign Minister Abdullah Shahid.
The anti-India campaign is currently led by the opposition and they had been expanding the campaign to the islands by holding rallies at different locations in the last couple of months.
The Opposition had also begun hanging massive banners with bold 'India Out' statements which promoted President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to issue a presidential decree declaring that the anti-India campaign has become a national threat and had since banned any activities under the slogan.
