The Prosecutor General's Office has said that it has made several prosecution decisions regarding the May 6th attack against the Speaker of the Parliament and former President Mohamed Nasheed.
The PG Office said that it would reveal these decisions at a press conference tomorrow and that the process conference would be held at 02:00 pm in the afternoon.
It added that the PG Office would explain these decisions at the press conference tomorrow and that it would give more details of the case tomorrow.
The Prosecutor General's Office had said before that it had gathered enough evidence to charge those now under police custody in relation to the near-fatal attack against the former President.
Police had held a press conference late last month regarding its investigation into the failed assassination attempt against Nasheed and had revealed that police did not believe that the attack was funded by another party.
Police had also said that the perpetrators behind the attack had attempted to attack Nasheed on three separate occasions and that those behind the attack did not recognize the State and any organization under its power.
