The global tech conglomerate Apple Inc, based at Cupertino is all set out to introduce their App Store services in Maldives.

Maldives is among the Cupertino tech giant's list of countries where their App Store services will become available on official capacity before the end of 2020.

Though it has been confirmed Apple's App Store services will become available to its customers in Maldives, the company had not revealed an official date for it.

Reportedly, Apple had requested from all of its affiliated application developers to commence updating on regional unlocking; along with other precursor steps necessary before the store becomes officially available in Maldives.

The App Store introduced a year after Apple launched its very first iPhone handset in 2007, currently have over 2.5 million applications while their store is often regarded as having more authentic developer based options compared to their immediate competition; Google PlayStore.

Apple Inc, since the introduction of their iPhone flagships have introduced their App Store services to 155 countries.

The unavailability of App Store on official capacity to Maldives, often leads to local customers facing slight complications in receiving firmware updates or application updates.
