The telecommunication giant Ooredoo Maldives will hold voting by its general shareholders to elect directors at the company's annual general meeting.
The telecom company's annual general meeting has been scheduled for 02 March 2020, 20:30hrs at the Convention Hall of Kurumba Maldives.
In a press release Ooredoo Maldives confirmed the voting will be carried out through an electronic voting (e-voting) system.
According to Ooredoo Maldives, each shareholder present in person or by proxy will have one vote for the director election.
