The President's Office has today announced the official working hours for the upcoming month of Ramadan and the first days of Shawwal.
It confirmed that working hours for the upcoming month of Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal will be from 9 am to 1 pm, as previously announced.
The President's Office noted that this timing follows a standing policy established in recent years.
On 6th March 2022, a directive was issued stipulating that, beginning from Hijri year 1443, official working hours during every Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal would be fixed from 9 am to 1 pm.
This year, the first of Ramadan is expected to fall on the 18th of this month, with the exact date of the Holy Month determined after the moon sighting process.
