The Bank of Maldives, BML, has increased the monthly foreign transaction limits for Credit Cards.
BML stated that the changes would take effect starting next month. It further stated that the monthly foreign transaction limit for Classic Credit Cards has been increased from USD 750 to USD 1,400.
The Bank also said that customers carrying Gold Credit Cards can enjoy a monthly foreign transaction limit of USD 1,500 starting next month. Currently, the limit for Gold Credit Cards is USD 750.
BML added that Platinum Credit Card holders can enjoy double the foreign transaction limit, as the monthly limit for such cards has been increased from USD 1,500 to USD 3,000.
