Housing Development Corporation HDC has opened the car parking spaces built at Vinares Tower for tender.
HDC said that it would begin accepting tender forms for the 94 car parking spaces on Thursday at 08:00 in the morning and will continue accepting forms till 4th December.
The Corporation urged interested parties to email the form and the relevant documents to the Corporation.
HDC said the forms will be issued only to those who qualify after reviewing the application forms and documents. Bid forms will be issued at the reception of HDC.
The successful bidders will be given 14 days to pay the total price of the parking space. Bid starts at MVR 450,000.
