Bank of Maldives today has announced the expansion of its services in ADh. Maamigili with the groundbreaking ceremony for a new branch.
The ceremony was attended by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, Ministers, BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb, BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, and senior officials of the Bank.
Mohamed Shareef, CEO and Managing Director of BML, stated that with the groundbreaking of our new branch in Maamigili and the establishment of ATM services across all inhabited islands in the atoll, the bank was enhancing access to convenient banking for individuals, businesses, and travelers in one of the country’s most vibrant and tourism-rich regions.
This strategic expansion reinforces the Bank’s position as the Maldives' leading financial institution, with an extensive network comprising 42 branches across all 20 atolls, 190 Self Service Banking Centres, 248 ATMs, comprehensive Agent Banking Services, and advanced Digital Banking solutions.
In the ADh atoll, the Bank currently has a branch in Mahibadhoo.
