President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has congratulated Sushila Karki on her appointment as the Prime Minister of Nepal.
In his message, President Dr Muizzu noted the historic significance of her appointment as Nepal’s first female Prime Minister, describing it as a proud milestone, and wished her success in fulfilling the responsibilities of her new role.
He affirmed that the Maldives regards Nepal as a valued bilateral partner and expressed confidence that cooperation between the two countries would continue to strengthen under her leadership.
President Dr Muizzu concluded by extending his personal best wishes for Prime Minister Karki’s good health and for the continued peace and prosperity of the people of Nepal.
