The Bank of Maldives has completed its special Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) program for girls at GA. Atoll Education Centre and GDh. Atoll Education Centre.
A team of female staff from BML’s Technology Division conducted the program, which began with an introduction to ICT and careers in the field. Following this, they carried out a dedicated career talk and mentorship session for girls in grades 6 and 7.
As part of the program, BML donated a computer system to each school. This marked the third consecutive year of the program, which was held to celebrate International Girls in ICT Day.
Previous events were held in A.Dh. Mahibadhoo, Fuvahmulah City, and Addu City.
