Investigators from the Anti-Corruption Commission ACC and the Police have raided the offices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Welfare.
Reports have said that the raid took place this afternoon.
Police said to the Press that the raid was part of the investigation that has been initiated by the ACC. However, the Police stopped short of confirming what the investigation was about.
The ACC has yet to confirm the raid or the investigation into the Ministry.
Sources close to the case say that the investigation is into corruption allegations made against the Ministry under the previous administration.
