Police have confirmed that two people were injured in a traffic accident that happened in Male' today.
They said the accident occurred near the Sina Male' bridge area in Male'. They also said that the accident was reported around 10:21 am
Police said the accident happened when two motorcycles collided and that both riders were injured.
They further said the duo was taken to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital for treatment and that the hospital confirmed that their injuries were not serious.
Police confirmed that both drivers were holders of C category driving licenses.
They added that they were further investigating the accident.
