Bank of Maldives has supported the upgrading of Special Education Needs (SEN) facilities at Sala'huddheen School in Hulhumale’ and Hiriya School in Male', benefiting nearly 200 students with special needs.
The initiative includes classroom refurbishment and the provision of specialized educational tools. These tools will aid students to develop their abilities and positively impact learning and development in an inclusive environment.
This development is part of BML's broader community investment strategy, which has seen the bank support 40 schools nationwide with educational resources.
Additionally, the Bank has provided financial support to establish a therapy room at Imaduddin School and modernize computer laboratories across atoll schools.
