Fathimath Ashan has been appointed as the Managing Director of Fuel Supply Maldives FSM.
This was confirmed by its parent company State Trading Organization STO via X. STO said that she was appointed to the post today.
It also said that this milestone appointment marks her as the first female MD within the STOGroup, reflecting its commitment to progress and exceptional leadership.
Ashan has previously worked for STOC for many years. Ashan started working for STO in 1994.
She has worked as Head of the Human Resources Department, Head of Regional Sales Department, and Company Secretary. In 2019, Ashan was transferred to MIFCO as part of the changes brought by the top management to strengthen the management of STO.
