The National Social Protection Agency NSPA has published the final list of recipients who would receive assistance to complete IVF treatments.

The Agency said it had reviewed the complaints it received for the list of IVF recipients selected from those who applied for the second round of the program.

It further said that the list has now been revised accordingly.

NSPA said out of a total of 216 applicants in the second round, 64 eligible applicants have been allocated assistance in the second round.

It had urged those selected for the second round of assistance should share their treatment plans before November 30.

Facilitating IVF treatment through the national health insurance scheme Aasandha is a key pledge of this government and it plans to help 100 couples conceive.

Last July, 37 individuals were selected as the first batch recepients of the program.
